abusers keep you off balance

I have been doing sketches for a series about abusive people and how they delight in making us miserable.

I thought of several working titles like, The Abusive Person or Bullies something or other. Not great. Not even good.  Those titles seemed too sanitary. I was talking to a friend about the project when she related by saying that mean people suck. That was it. I had my title.

I am doing this because abused people need vindication. I keep seeing apologists for abusers: people trying to explain why bullies do what they do.  Excuse you, but I don’t care why they do what they do. I have no sympathy for them.

I don’t yet know if “Mean People Suck” will be a series of loose cards, put in a calendar or in a book.  I have several project ideas showing how toxic, mean, abusive bullies screw up people’s lives and enjoy every minute of it.
